After the site visit, we confirm the price, scope and schedule. We sign a contract before work begins.

I carry out the agreed work, with care, a tidy workspace and regular communication.

Your finished interior, ready for handover
We review the result together. You receive an invoice in line with the contract and a 24-month workmanship guarantee.
The 24-month guarantee on completed work is an additional entitlement. Its terms are set out in the guarantee document provided in connection with the contract. The guarantee does not limit the customer’s statutory rights, including rights arising from statutory liability for defects, where applicable.

What determines the cost of a bathroom?
The condition of the room, the scope of work, the tile type and size, and the fixtures. Photos, dimensions and a description help me prepare a preliminary estimate. We confirm the final scope and price after the site visit.
Are estimates and site visits free?
Yes, in Warsaw and surrounding areas. I also welcome enquiries from further afield. We start with an estimate by email and agree individually on the terms of site visits beyond Warsaw and the surrounding area.
Do I need a bathroom design?
I can work from your design. If you do not have one, we discuss your needs and agree on the layout and finishes based on your wishes and brief.
Will I receive a contract and an invoice?
Yes. A written contract is required before work begins. I issue the invoice in line with its terms. I provide a 24-month guarantee on workmanship.
Can I hire you for electrical work alone or for other interiors?
Yes. As well as bathrooms, I offer tiling, comprehensive electrical services, and interior renovation and finishing. I hold Polish SEP G1 qualifications for operation (E) and supervision (D). Describe the work in an email to kontakt@konotop-bud.eu.
