Fitting out an unfinished new-build apartment

Before starting, we discuss how the finished interior should look and which work the contract will cover. A design helps us agree on the solutions, but I can also work from your agreed needs, a floor plan and selected materials.

Renovating existing rooms

Refreshing the walls involves a different scope from replacing floors, altering built-in structures and upgrading installations. In your first message, describe what needs removing, what stays and whether the property will be occupied during the work. This helps establish the stages of work and arrange materials and waste handling.

Tiling — walls and floors

I lay tiles in bathrooms, kitchens and other rooms. For an estimate, I need to know the surface type, tile size and material, area and planned pattern. We discuss surface preparation, tile layout, corner finishes and junctions with adjoining surfaces.

Bathroom and electrical work in one agreed scope

An interior renovation can also include a complete bathroom and the electrical work required. Agreeing on the combined scope helps us plan the sequence before laying floors and finishing walls. You can find detailed information about these services on their dedicated pages.

Materials, contract and handover

I can purchase and transport materials and arrange waste removal and disposal. We include these arrangements in the scope of work. A written contract is required before work begins, and I issue the invoice in line with its terms. I provide a 24-month guarantee on workmanship.
