I install and upgrade electrical systems in Warsaw, Piaseczno and surrounding areas. I take on standalone electrical jobs and work as part of bathroom, apartment, house or office renovations. I hold Polish SEP G1 qualifications for operation (E) and supervision (D).
I determine the scope of work based on the current condition of the installation and how you plan to use the interior. Key details include the appliances you will connect, where you need sockets and lighting points, and whether the room layout is changing.

Electrical work during a bathroom renovation
It is worth agreeing on the positions of the mirror, cabinet, washing machine, fan and other fixtures before tiling. If you plan underfloor heating or additional lighting, describe it in your first message. Once I have assessed the conditions, we can agree on the necessary installation work and its sequence.
Lighting suited to your interior
Describe where you want general lighting and where you need lighting for the mirror, worktop or other areas. A design, floor plan or marked-up photos will help, along with details of your chosen light fittings and controls. This allows me to determine the number of points and the scope of work.
How should you prepare an electrical enquiry?
Send your town or city, the type of property and a description of the work you want done. If possible, state the number of new or relocated points and attach any design you have. Take photos without removing covers or interfering with the installation. We will discuss any unknown specifications when agreeing on the scope.
Clear terms for your project
Before work begins, we agree on the scope, price and schedule and sign a contract. You deal directly with me, Viktor Konotopchyk. I issue the invoice in line with the contract and provide a 24-month guarantee on workmanship.

The 24-month guarantee on completed work is an additional entitlement. Its terms are set out in the guarantee document provided in connection with the contract. The guarantee does not limit the customer’s statutory rights, including rights arising from statutory liability for defects, where applicable.
